Default Eibach Spring Install - How hard?

I want to put the Eibach lowering springs on my 6er. How hard is this install. I can get acess to pnematic lift. Do I have to remove the shocks, or just unbolt at bottom? Is it best to have car on lift with wheels hanging down (i.e. a lift that lifts from 4 points under car)?

How long, estimated to do this?

took me about 45 minutes.
jack up the car all 4 corners. remove your wheels. in the back take the 2 bolts out of the calipers and set them on something or have someone hold them and then you can take 1 bolt out of the shock and put a jack underneath the axle and start to lower it just enough to get out the spring. Repeat for the other side.

The front is simple as well you have to take off i think it was a sway bar linkage, and then 1 small bolt for brake hose clamp, and then theres a plastic clamp for a wire you pull out with needle nose. Then you can take the bottom bolts out and drop down the arm assembly but make sure you dont go to far to stretch out the brake line. then remove the top 4 bolts from underneath the hood. Your going to need a spring compressor tool to get the spring off, although you wont need to put it back on.

the rear springs can take easily 20 min.. you dont even need to get under your car

-jack your car up with stands under the rocker panels (there are 2 notchs cut where the stands go, one on each side)

-bring jack to your rear diff, jack up diff from center to load it up, make sure your center of the diff, not on the edge by the cover

- unbolt your wheels

-unbolt the bottom bolt to your shocks

-lower your jack

- grab spring and wiggle loose, and replace with aftermarket

-reverse steps

now the front, took me 1h 45min , (including time to go buy a mcpherson strut compressor)

- jack up front of car and place on jack stands (notches on rocker in the front also)

-unbolt wheels

- unbolt SLA (A-arm) to sway bar link (the upper bolt is the easier one)

-unbolt the 2 lower strut bolts

-unbolt abs line from its hanger on strut (10mil)

- unbolt the 4 small upper strust bolts

-remover mcpherson strut

-bolt on compressor to spring

-compress it

- remove top nut

- decompress spring (carefully!!!!! cant stress it enough)

- remove and replace with aftermarket

-make sure spring sits where its suppost to

- (follow paper instructions included, to re and re your dust boot)

-place top on make it sit where its suppost to and the arrow point in the direction of your lower strut bolt bracket

-compress spring

-tighten (NEW!!!!) top nut

-decompress spring

- and reverse steps to install mcpherson strut

make sure your spring sit right.. like the of the spring fits in its groove, both the front and back springs
