Bump, that is the same answer I am seeking.

 

I am not sure if it is the same one, but it looks pretty good as well. 3DCarbon from LMPerformance.
http://www.lmperformance.com/7701/73.html under headlight covers. Another option that i have seen that looks good but takes some skill to do is to paint the louvers around the headlight itself. I believe the Roush is like that. Hope that helps some.

Ya, I've seen the 3D Carbon splitters, just don't quite care for those as much as the whole frame. I'm starting to think they are home made..... Although, I have seen pics of more than one car with them....
