The only leather one I remember seeing isn't a wrap, but a complete E-Brake handle assy from the GT-500;

Haven't seen any wraps, but doesn't mean they're not out there.

Here's a link to an outstanding product. I went with a shift boot and console cover but they also make a cover for the e-brake. http://www.redlinegoods.com/productsFord.shtm
They used to be a sponsor here.I haven't seen them aroundlately but at the time I ordered there was a discount code. http://www.redlinegoods.com/Mustang05shiftboot4.shtm

I did a search here for redline leather and tons of stuff came up. Here's the vendors thread with lots of pics. Looks like he left the site around Christmas. https://mustangforums.com/m_562183/tm.htm

Do you know if the GT one swaps out completely for that GT500 one? I am having a REALLY big problem with my ebake squeaking like a mother and Im looking for aftermarket ones to replace it, but havent found any yet.

Don't believe the handle assy. would cause your squeaking issue,all it does is pull on the 2 cables running to the rear calipers. You might have an issue back there instead. Unless you have a squeak when you pull up on the handle. There is a TSB on the rear cables, the boots weren't sealing well .allowing the cables to freeze up in below freezing temps.
