Well what you can do is what I am in the process of doing. Purchase some headlights from ebay. Remove anything that you can from it. Then you will have to separate the clear plastic cover from the headlight assembly by baking in the oven for about a little bit. Time will vary, so heat and try, heat and try. Once you have done that take about a 6" lense cover from an off-road light that you can buy from walmart for about $16.95 and silicon it around the light reflector.

Of course there are steps in between and what not, but that is a simple idea of how to get it done.
