I would take those Cobra badges and GT500 stripes away. Be a proud GT owner. most people will call that rice just becaise of emblems.. Not busting your *****, just trying to help!Other than that the car looks Awesome. Respectable job. oh by the way, THE CAR IS BEGGING for a set of 19" Aftermarket wheels.

Well it is obvious everybody has there own opinions about badges. All those 70-100,000 dollar "Eleanor" mustangs with the 67-68- fastback body styles all started off as just a mustang. I too have a tribute car and have the corba badges on the fenders. It is not rice or being a poser....this is JMO but to each his own and when asked I tell them it is a modern retro modded 06 mustang GT paying tribute to the "Eleanor " name and body style. I have the Cervinis kit and soon to have a Whipple to put down 450 RWHP. Now I have had nothing but positives on the street and at the shows and at the Woodward Dream cruise last year I had people video taping the car and taking pics like the media after princess Di! It looks totally different than a stock 06 GT and that is what I wanted to achieve. I am going about getting my dream car one mod at a time and I started with the appearance first and now am on to performance mods to back up the mean looks she gives! I love the car and the one posted here is great too. Keep making your dream and as far as others opinions it really doesn't matter. I will have made my Eleanor with 450 RWHP and all the suspension mods and motor mods to the tune of just over 48,000 dollars. I will be able to compete with the best (GT500, viper, corvette, etc) and for much less than what it costs for many of those cars and their high price tags from the factory. There will always be haters but it's my coin and not theirs.... J

I say do what makes you happy. Poser, Ricer, Fake??? What does that mean and do you really care? You have an awsome machine and most people will be too busy drooling over it to critize an emblem.

Car looks really good, like how you switched up the hood a bit. Not a fan of misbadging the car, but thats not my car, so whatever floats your boat.

Poser: One who poses as something he is not. A pretender.

Ricer: A mix of the slang word "Rice" (meaning a car, usually from a Japanese company, which has been modified with non-functional items which are meant to attract attention)...and the word "Racer".

Fake: Not authentic.

I don't go around wearing a T-shirt that says UFC Champion. Fake badges are just as bad.

But again, do whatever makes you happy. It's your car.
