Hey everybody, what's going on. I just bought the twin halo/projector headlights and installed them about a week ago. The installation was pretty easy. But the only problem is that the driver side halo isn't coming on no matter how i wire it to the parking light. I was wondering if there is any way I can fix this myself, or do I need to buy another entire headlight. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And I'll get some pics of the car with the lights on and off soon. Thanks!!

Contact the seller, sounds like the LED or internal wiringis shot. Unless you blew a fuse - check your fuses.

 

Yeah, I think it's the ring itself instead of a fuse since the parking light still works that the halo is spliced to. But the seller is a b***h and said that it's my fault and that I should have taken it to a professional installer. WTF!!! So i guess i need to find out how to fix the ring. Anybody have any ideas??

Unfortunately, the auction page specifies everything he's told you. You probobly should have read over the page and weasled your way into getting him to replace it. There really isn't anything you can do unless you wanna rip apart the housing. It's probobly a bad LED.

 

Man, as if the damn ring not working wasn't bad enough, then I have to dealwith water getting into the same stupid headlight. So I decided to say screw it, and put my stock lamps back on. I went back on ebay and saw these....let me know what you guys think. I actually wish I saw these first. DAMN MY IMPATIENCE!!!!!!!
