Since you can't buy red lines in 17", thought I would turn my Pirelli's into them, keeping with the retro look n all. Tire looks bad now cuz I had to wash it to make sure the acrylic sticks. Once I get another coat of red on, I'll shine the tire up. Took me 3 hours to do one tire, freehand most of it. But I think its gonnalook great. Once I get them all finished, I'll take a pic of them on the car. Its gonna look like a big Hot Wheel. The next thing I'm putting on is my rockers stripes, which will go on the rocker, and not half way up the door.

 

That looks pretty good for free hand! I'm not a redline fan, but you did good!

 

Thanks!, I've done this before way back when I had my 68 Charger. Course back then no one made repro red lines. Takes me 3 hours do to one tire, so I can only handle doing a tire a day.
