So i got my razzi quarter window scoops and the street scene side scoops, pre painted. and they look great. but the openings just look plain.

any ideas for some kind of insert for them?

Hey, looks like you got a pretty nice mustang there. I don't have the scoops or window louvers, and I'm not sure what you could put in there to help the look, but I saw in your signature that you have the Steelers emblem. Glad to see other people sharing the Steeler pride. I'm from the Pittsburgh area by the way.

 

i grew up 50 miles or so south of pitt. moved out to philly 5 years ago. i catch heck from eagles fans all the time. i just say how many rings do youns have?

yes the youns is especially in there for them. if i have to hear water pronounced wuder....

I've been looking into the same for my car. I'm currious, what do the opennings of the street scene and the razzi scoops have in them now? Is it just a big hole, a recess with a black decal, or are they like the GT/CS with a "honeycomb" insert?

the street scene side scoops have a recess and came with a black sticker to put in.
the razzi window scoops just had a recess, no sticker.

 

Mine came with stickers.

 

you can get a sheet of the street scene grill and cut it to fit. no actual premade ones that I know of

 

i met a guy yesterday that had the cervini window scoops on, whoever did his put in some perforated metal for inserts. they looked real good. if i find out more i'll post details...
