I currently have the flip screen in mine. After seeing how the double-din looks in yours, I am going to have to do the switch also. Looks great man.

you guys should also take a look at the alpine iva-w205. Simply because if you ever change the rest of your system its pairable with the h701 processor. Also dockable blackbird2 nav is really nice.

Scrming and Linesma how much are you selling your flipscreens for if you have not sold them yet.

I actually just installed the exact same unit in my car and so far am loving it. I will have to get some pictures as well, but it definitely is a good looking unit.

ttsracingworld, i bought my avic-d3 at compuplus.com for around $700, a good $300 cheaper than at major retailers. of course, i bought a cps 3-year extended warranty for eighty dollars, so it was closer to $800 for me, but still a great deal cheaper.

GPS is annoying on the D3 only because you have to insert the map disc before you map anything out. With the D2 there was a seperate drive you could keep your map DVD in, which is nice.. with the D3 if you need to map another location after you've taken the DVD out(because it stores current data in memory) you have to re-insert the DVD so it can map it for you.. Just a pain in the rear.
