Anyone know where I can get a black out panel, from a store? I want it now, I don't like to wait !

The only place that I know of where you could buy it and get it right then is at a Mustang show that has vendors. I bought my black honeycomb panel at the MCA 30th anniversary show in Birmingham last year. It was cheap because another customer who was looking at the panel dropped it and put a scratch on the bottom. The scratch could not be seen when the trunk was closed and was easy to remove anyway.
