Default interior mod

I want to fix up the interior appearance of the stang but don't know how to do it. Besides changing out the headliner to a grey suede, I was thinking about using the same suede to use for a dash kit. Can anybody tell me if there is a "How-To" thread on replacing the headliner and fabricating my own dash kit without making it look like pure crap? Any insight would help.

AND whats the number of this upholstery shop? Sounds too good to be true, might even be worth travelling for this price (wish I had a hard-top rather than a vert)

I don't feel like looking up the pic, but I like where people have the plastic part of their center console painted to match the exterior paint.
