Default Simple Question

Hey guys,

I'm new and just got my first Mustang, '08 GT. I'm sorry if this question seems stupid or simple but i am starting off with small steps on modding my stang. Anyway, I wanted to know about taking the GT side decals off, are they just double sided tape or is there actually a hole behind there that would have to be filled in? I am trying to go for that clean no decal look and just wanted to know if it would be a simple pop off the existing decals, thanks.

Welcome to the Mustang Forums. I have a 2007 and it does not have any decals on it. Maybe you are talking about the GT badging on the front fenders? If thats what you mean yes there are holes in the fenders behind these. I believe they are secured with tape though.

Edit: I think you would get more responses if you went to the 2005 - 2008 section.

Yeah you have to either get the holes filled or get creative with some different badging.
