Check out the price here for the Power Plug;

http://www.mgwltd.com/mustang2005_po...let_plug.shtml

I just ordered the red EJECT button for $23.
Expensive, but I recently paid the same amount for a shot of Remy X.O. cognac when I was at a bar in Tahoe.
Every now and then, you just got to throw a 20 bill around.

Anyway, the red EJECT button is a tiny splash of colorful humor in an otherwise dark cabin.
My wife will probably try to hit it every few minutes.
Finally took a picture. Here is the "EJECT" button I added to the interior.
It gives the dark interior a playful color.
My wife has hit this button several times and, after seeing that I'm still in the car, told me that I need to get it fixed.

Get welts... cheap add ons but looks great. You can even match body color

Your welts came out looking so good and mine just came out looking craptastic. UGH I ended up pulling mine off and saying buh-bye to that $20. Could be worse I figure.

Edited to add....how the heck do you get your interior to look completely flawless like that? I mean, not a speck, not a scratch, not a scuff....ANYWHERE! Geez! LOL I can get my floormats that clean again by running them through the dishwasher but no matter how much time I spend detailing the interior it will never look that perfect again....only time it ever did was the day I drove her home.

That little chrome power plug thingy was the first thing i bought for my car. I hated the cheap *** plastic thing that it came with.

I read that these do not fit the new 08 Mustangs. Am I correct or did I read this wrong?

If it doesn't, why not?

Thanks Ken.

When you installed your welts, did you trim some of the back off so it would fit right? I had to trim mostly around the corners with a razor blade. I think they came out pretty good;

This is the outlet plug I got;

I added a touch of welts today myself. Cost me all of $12. A little crooked but they should flatten out a bit

The Action Artistry stuff works fine with the 08's.

Sold quite a few items already to folks with the new Mustang.

If you have any other questions just shoot me an e-mail sales@southernmustangparts.com

Thanks
