Just bought my 08 Gt a couple months ago, and while driving back tonight from the casino, a coyote jumped out in front of the car and CRUSHED my bumper. Poor thing is dead, and I now need a new bumper. So, anyone know where the best place to buy one is? AND, should i got with the stock one or does anyone have any suggestions for some nice aftermarket ones? Thanks all.

There are a lot of aftermarket ones out there...Some of the more popular ones are....Cervinis, Saleen,Roush, Street Scene and 3d carbon....Just google them and see what one you like

I'm trying to decide if I should do the work myself and just replace it with a stock bumper, or pay the 500 dollar deductible and let a body shop do it. My insurance has an appt set up for me on monday, they said theyll look at it, write a check to me and a body shop. Kind of weird, seeing as I havent told them which body shop i want to use yet.

 

you can try newtakeoff.com they are pretty cheap and have many colors. However if you use this place you must call and ask how many bumpers are available in your color. otherwise it might take a couple of weeks. by the way these are stock GT bumpers.
