Quick question. I used the appropriate 3m adhesive promoter when I installed my side window louvers and rear panel. Wasn't anything that said to leave it on first, so I pretty much applied the promoter to the car, then the upgrades within 2-3 minutes (depending on line up time). Are you supposed to let the adhesive promoter thoroughly dry before applying body upgrades?

I had only waited a few minutes after applying the promoter myself, it seened to dry quickly. Then installed the pads w/3M tape. Stuck on well after that.

Here's a pic from the inside looking back, can hardly see the louvers in the mirror.
