Installing CDC Aggressive Chin Spoiler
Got it a couple days ago in the mail and planned on installing it myself today. I was checking out the instructions, and I wasn't sure if I have the proper tools to install it.. any advice for me on the installation?? Or should I have it installed at a body shop?

Did you get that installed yet? We'd love to see some pictures.

Best be done by a pro IMO.
I've done one and it fitted like sh#t.
Took a while to get it to be flush below the turn signals.
Had to use a heat gun and everything. That's BS.
If I do another one, I'll reajust my price to $150 minimum more in labor.
Good luck though.

Here are a few pics of that job.
I also had to correct that bulge in the middle with a piece a metal, 1/8 thick, 3M taped to the under edge.
Also had to take away some material off that chin (area where screwdriver points at) in order to squeeze it in the bumper mouth.
What a bunch of cr@p for a chin spoiler!!
It look good when I was done but it's more expensive to correct a bad part than going with a whole bumper like the GT/CS IMO.
You can also get some money back when you sell that OEM bumper...

Oh, this is what I did to correct that bulge...
You can see that metal strip I taped to the underside, so it stays straight all the way across.

pascal, thanks for the help. I'm just gonna have it put on by a local body shop. It definately looks good but what pisses me off about it is that I ordered the CDC Classic Chin painted and received the CDC Aggressive painted... sounds like BS to me. I'm stuck with it too
Do you think that I'll need to have a metal piece taped on similar to the one you did? I've never heard of the middle bulging up like that before... and I've seen many other members on here with the same chin spoiler too

Other members have had problems with the fitting issues as well.
Not everyone, but too many.
