Default QUICK QUESTION ABOUT SHIFTERS

ok guys so i would like to change just the shifter in my car. dont want to go all the way and get a hurst or mgw. i would just like to put a ball on the stock shifter. is this possible and where can i find one.

i dont kno what ur shifter mounts like...but i kno that shelby sells a blk or white ball shifter set-up...im sure that jegs or hurst has a ball that mounts 2 the stock threads...

its not a shifter. you will still use the factory shifter but by installing the saleen block it will shorten your shifts some. someone was just selling one cheap. let me look for it

i think i just found one. mgw is making a shift **** for the stock shifters

I just used a helical spacer, a washer(retains the shift boot), a bolt w/JB Wield(undershift boot) and a universal T-handle to top it off. Spent about 2 bucks at the local hardware store.
