Default Interior Upgrades

I will be picking up my black 2009 GT Premium tomorrow, and I am contemplating upgrading the interior with chrome accessories.

This is what I was think of adding. Has anyone added or seen these added in a '09 with the dark charcoal interior?

Would all of this be too much chrome?

In your experience, are there better ways to upgrade the interior?

I think with the interior you have (same as mine-color) I would put as many chrome pieces in the interior as you can.... I put every one you can find from this company...http://www.mgwltd.com/mustang_2005-present.shtml and all of them are high quality billet aluminum triple chrome plated parts and they use the same company that Harley uses for chrome from what I have heard. Black and chrome to me is a great combo.....but I am biased.

Instead chrome, I think billet pieces look much better and match with the rest of the interior. If you not already done so, check all the stuff SilverHorse Racing makes as it all fits great and are well built. Another thing to consider with all that chrome is trying to keep it clean as everytime you touch it, you leave behind a finger prints, smugs, ect. Another advantage of billet, especially with a machined finish.

Those pieces look a little bit nicer than the ones from mossmuscle.com. Do you have pictures of your interior?

Not yet, but I have read nothing but good things about their products. The first piece I plan to add to my car (which should be available very soon) is a billet window switch plate that totally replaces the stock plastic one. All of their stuff is CNC machined and goes through a lot of testing on their own vehicles before being released to the public.

If you want more details, call and ask for Marcello as he is a regular on another forum where they are a sponsor and will answer any question you have about their products.

i just installed some polished a/c ***** from modernspeedmachines.com with red illumination and they look great im very happy with them. but i think that may be a little to much chrome inside... maybe just the a/c *****,radio ****,power plug, and the door lock things.
