Default ? About CDC Aggressive install

Well I ordered my CDC Aggressive chin spoiler today and I was reading the instruction manual online. I know you have to cut some of the stock bumper and was wondering what you all used to cut the bumper. I dont plan on taking a hack saw to my bumper I dont think it will be very clean. Has anyone used a dremel? Thanks for your responses in advance.

SAWZ-ALL, Um......No! Use a dremmel with a cutting wheel at like speed 6 (thats what I used to cut out the holes for mu FRPP duals. It worked great, just take your time and be very careful, the dremmel will EASILY cut the thin plastic bumper!

lol they work wonders, my dad has one that plugs in the wall, but it came with an attachment that goes on the end and has a long flexible cord, and at the end of that is a button to turn it on/off and your cutting bit, it can get into really tight spaces, and it is more maneuverable than holding the motor while your are trying to cut.

Dremel/cut off wheel type cuts good on a small cut.
After a while the urethane melts and clog the wheel though.

On that deal here, you'll be cutting small stuff, so you're OK.
See last picture.

Beware, the aggressive chin fits like sh#t and it might even bulge in the middle...
Sorry for the poor quality pix.

Used 3/4" wide and 1/8" thick piece of metal (LOWES) and 3M tapped it underneath all the way across, so it stays flat. I did cut it in half almost, to give it the slight curvy shape of the chin.

I painted the metal first with a rattle can...
