Default Center Cap Cancer - anyone else?

I bought these center caps new just two summers ago. They are running ponies on black, sealed (flat face). The logo appears to be "rotting" from the inside out. Anyone else experience this?!?

The logo on my steering wheel is doing that, it's been really bugging me, but I haven't gotten around to trying to fix it. I wouldn't even know where to begin other than just replacing it.

The same thing happened to my logo on the steering wheel. I took it to the dealership and they had to change the whole air bag out. The logo does not come off the air bag. The new air bag logo is the same but it is not covered in a clear coat. The dealership said that Ford knows of this problem and they ordered the air bag and changed it out with no fuss or hassel.

I have the center caps on my AR torqe thrust wheels for @ 3 months and no problem so far. I'm glad you noticed this as I will be monitoring this closely.
