Sorry but I really don't like it. I think it would look really good if it was not an overlay and someone made an all billet that kept the fogs but the fact that you can see still see the old grill including the area for the pony makes it look like crap.

It's alright Ato, you can really only see the other grille from few angles. It does kinda bug me though that it's possible to see the bottom, but others don't even notice it at all.

Eventually after I get duals, gt rear bumper, and wheels. I might just get a gt front and the authentic bullitt grill.

I agree, it looks like crap... from 3 feet above the ground, where you can kinda see where the pony was, if the lighting's right, and you look real hard.

What the hell's wrong with you?! You should have spent the extra money to impress the midgets (sorry, "little people") and 8 year olds with 20/20 vision and an intimate knowledge of what a stock S197 V6 grille looks like.

You should be ashamed of yourself.

You can see the factory grille behind if the light is in front of the car, like in this pic of mine .

As long as the light is not in front, you can barely see it.

I am personally tired of noticing it on my car so I am changing in the near future .

Where does the overlay actually attach, is it just at the sides and corners or is it also in the middle? If it's just the outside of the grill you could probably dremel everything out and just leave the very edge there for mounting.

I found a pic of an overlay, it looks like there are just 4 screw holes total 2 per side next to the fogs, it seems like you could easily gut the stock grill to make this look very close to a full replacement if you wanted to hack it all up. Now I'm considering it....

You're right it attaches with two screws close to the fog lights. I guess the center could be cut out, but I think you may still be able to see the hack job behind. That's a good idea.
