Painted smoked headlights and taillights?
I want all my taillights front lights and pony package lights blacked out (as long as you think its legal in florida). Anyone know an artist that smokes them, or a process I can do it myself. What does something like that cost.
Thanks

I tinted mine myself with professional automotive darkened clearcoat...the way i do it is way way better than using vht nightshade...i paint cars professionally and paint parts for other stangers on the side...light impedence is minimal and i also live in florida and havent been bothered at all but i guess it will just depend on where you live...
also, if you plan on doing the tails, get the 3rd brake light done as well....

ive used the covers before (gts) and the fitment is less than perfect...on the healight covers, youll have to cram the cover in on the corners to get it to be right fearing that they will eventually scratch the crap out of your bumper...id take painted over anything else any day but to each his own ;-)
here are pics of mine with no flash used and painted headlights...

they can be made even darker but remember the darker you go, the more it will block your much needed light during the night hours...
