Default Blacked out headlights?

Would adding blacked out headlights give my car a more aggressive look? I don't want to totally black out my car. I would leave the fogs and clear corner lenses as is. I never really considered blacking out the headlights until I saw a picture in a mossmuscle catalog that had a black stang with blacked out headlights but the fogs were not blacked out and the turn signal lenses were clear. The car also had the Trufiber GTS 3 hood which I plan on purchasing soon.

black out the fogs and tint the headlights. if you black out the headlights it wont be that bright at night. i have 5% on the fogs, 20% on all the corner lights, 35% on the headlights, 20% on the brake lights, and a custom decal on the 3rd brake light. i also have blacker covers that i use at shows. on a black car the black out look is killer!
heres a front 3/4 view of mine w/ the headlight covers.

and heres a pic w/ the covers off and just the 35% on the headlights

Here's a pic of headlights I darkend out using VHT. I would not drive with them on, as light is purple, and can't really see anything out of them. If you leave the fogs, might want to get some brighter bulbs for the fogs.. Anyways, here's a pic so you can get an idea

I wouldn't do it if you ever plan on driving at night, I did just my fogs recently and I can barely tell they are on now. The tint is coming off this week, although I like the look, I like night visibility more. BTW I used the the smoked tint from Stangmods.com.

w/ the 35% on the headlights i cant tell the difference at night between the tint and w/out tint, it lights up pretty good. when i drove w/ the headlight covers i almost got t-boned a couple times bc other drivers couldnt see me. i got the whole set of tints off ebay for $36. exept for the rear corners i got from stangmods.
