Default redfire racing stripes question, opinions please!

Hi... I really want racing stripes (gonna ditch the bra) and am not sure what color to get... I have gunmetal rims, I think i'm leaning toward silver, but would black look funny with the rims? Any input would be greatly appreciated

Silver might be weird just because if it doesn't match up with the wheels, the whole look could be lost. What about white?

Hate to say it, but Redfire might easily be the toughest color to stripe.

From one Redfire to another - Redfire is the hardest/worst to find a good stripe color. I have seen a few photos of various colors, just nothing looks good with Redfire. Granted, I have the Pearl side stripes, I would never do racing stripes in the same color.

when I was doing my conversion I was going to do a black supersnake stripe, but painted the heat extractors instead...but on your car, I can see what you mean by having those color wheels.

Maybe someone here can do some photoshopping for you to help out with the decision.

Good Luck!

10" black stripes would look good.

Can you match the wheels? I think a darker silver would be pretty sweet. Like the Tungsten stripes from the GT500.

ideally i think i want it to match my rims, a silver/gray color... but is that possible with vinyl or would i have to go painted? and yes redfire is a hard color to stripe, even harder with aftermarket rims! haha

I think the only color that would look really really good is a gloss black.
