yes....but you need teh grille also or another grille that fits the gt bumper.

When swapping a gt front bumper onto a v6, is it a simple bolt off and bolt on. I realize the grills and swapping the lights. But will the brackets, hood clearance and wheel well covers going to match? Also I have the pony package fog lights on my v6, will the wire harness match the gt fogs?

You have the slack you need to make the fogs work.
I don't know about the connectors being the same or not...
Brackets and hood clearance is unchanged, so you're good.

You will need however, the GT front splash shields (fender liners).

 

What color is your car, I have both a new take off and used in black ready to ship?
