06 Redfire GT STRIPES HELP!
#4
I was kicking around the stripe idea too awhile back, but I could not find a color stripe that I really liked with the color of the car. To me redfire just doesn't look good with black, or any other color stripes. But that is just my opinion and you know what they say about opinions.

Sometimes it just is what it is.

Yeah i kind of agree with bluovalguy, but i also had the AM Blackout panel and it started peeling off after 3 weeks:/
WOW! I've never seen a Redfire mustang with white stripes! I've always been told it would look like crap, but honestly that looks really awesome!
What size and where did you get those stripes??

It's not my car. It is just a photo I collected when I had the same question you have about stripes. My stripes are put on by Roush as my car is a 427R. You can see my hockey stick stripes and hood stripe in my signature. I really liked the bold contrast between the redfire and white. Whether I change them or not in the future is still up in the air.

Yeah, the shaker kits are pretty expensive, especially considering they're about 99% for looks, some would say 100%, but I figure it's gotta do a little something. $700 is about right unless you can find someone selling one used. Going by your avatar pic though, you have the stock scoop, which causes problems with installing the shaker because a couple of the original mounting holes remain visible.
