So my brother is tired of driving older cars, hes got a good job and im trying to talk him into an s197 but he doesn't like the way they look. I have to admit im not a huge fan stock but i have seen some sick S197s around and on this site, they have such a huge aftermarket. So lets see some pics of those aftermarket and see if i can't change his mind.

The 05-09 S197's are about as retro to the original Stang as you can get short of restoring an original. I was never a big Ford fan but when I put my eyes on my first S197 I just stood there drooling.

not too far from stock... still have much to do with not enough money.

... yeah, yeah I know... it needs to be lowered. Don't worry, it's in the process.

I think the S197 looks great with a simple change of the stock spoiler, tinted windows/front turn signals, and a drop.

+1 on that. The best looking car Ford has is the S197. That's why so many car product advertisers use the image of the Mustang. It's Hot!
