Default Sharkhide?

Have you guys ever heard of Sharkhide Metal & Aluminum Protectant or Polish? I saw it advertised in a Boat mag that I get. It may be a good investment for those who have aluminum rims.
Anyone ever used it? I've seen it on Amazon.com as well as some other websites.

Here's their website;

On the rims yes, on the spinners no because they are plastic.

Looks like a decent product. I might even look into the polish if I can find a local dealer.

Never use polish on plastic chrome. You will regret it. Haven't heard of that polish. I usually just grab the ol turtle wax.

No, it wont disintegrate, but it will be scratched beyond repair. Plastic chrome cannot be polished with the same abrasives made for metal.
