I got a set of painted ones on mine from rpidesigns.com. They really help when it comes to keeping the sides of my car clean. Especially with the staggered setup. They don't really bother me at all. But if you dont like them, take them off.

I have the GT500 ones on mine! Just enough to keep the crap from hitting the fender!

I am way up in the Northwest Territories - I work at a Ford dealership and we put mud flaps on everything we sell.. so when I bought my car it already had em drilled into the fenders, they looked ridiculous and were the first thing to hit the garbage bin once it was mine... I just make sure I stay off the gravel and stuff as much as I can... I vote throw em in the nearest trash can!

Yep, not obnoxious but helps protect the paint. I actually have an extra set I'm going to mount on the front to help protect the doors (I was getting some kickup)

What is the difference between regular (autozone) mud flaps and the gt500 mud flaps?

I don't have mudflaps. I feel kinda bad for the people that have to eat the stuff coming off from my rear Nittos. Oh well!

I bought a set of rear mud flaps from Mustangs Unlimited that just slide on with built in clips. I only use them when I'm taking an extended trip to prevent paint chipping etc. When I arrive I just slide them off and keep them in the trunk.
