GT badges

Are the GT badges on the fenders adheared with 2 sided tape. I want to remove them. I know some older cars they would put holes in the fenders to affix them.

There is a hole drilled for placement and then they are adhered.

the GT emblems are attached with double sided tape and there are 2 small alignment holes

Do all fender emblems use the same holes?

Will the GT and the bar pony work w/ the same fender holes?

The V6 pony package has the same front fenders as the GT
with the same holes for both the GT and the pony emblems.
Basic V6es dont have the 'alignment' holes in the front fenders...
