I think you should use black light. And rebadge the car in those neon colors. You can probably get big fuzzy dice that glow-in-the-dark, too.

Actually, I don't see too many S197 Rice out their cars but I do see waaaaay too many 1994-2004 Mustangs that over kill the Rice effect on their cars. I saw a 1994-
98 Mustang today with a GINORMOUS WING on the back! I wanted to puke! Then you add the Neon Under Glow and you get my drift.

IMO...unless you do a lot of car shows (and judging by the stock appearance of your car, you don't) they're kind of silly and sort of wore off with The Fast and The Furious fad. Your car so do what you please...but I do a lot of giggling at cars like yours with underglows on a stock appearance car...
If it's got an apparant show car setup...then it's pretty acceptable and kind of cool...otherwise...lame as hell...

wow...just my opinion that ya'll are being a little harsh on the OP! It's his mustang to make however he wants. Personally, every mustang I've ever seen had atleast one thing I disliked...there's even parts of mine I don't like. That's why we mod it to OUR preference. He didn't put lights on it for you...he did it for him. If you don't like it then just say so and leave...
