ya they are hubcaps.

I did blue neon on mine to but I did mine because i show the car... I dont think I have ever turned it on on the street. I show bout once every 2 weeks or so during the summer so it is an attention grabber after dark.

Mine however is just one color... blue, i also did LED glow.

AND mine dont show AT ALL unless they are on. I hope you hid your tubes well because if not it looks corny...

since I have taken that picture A LOT has changed. Including duals By far a great look for the rear.

It is actually. This body kit has been around longer than that but the mustang in kickass uses it but tweaks it a bit.
