I just installed a new ST Shifter in my car, and I got the Mach 1 style **** as a combo from AM. Problem is, the base of the Mach 1 **** is smaller in diameter as compared to the stocker. Now I have an awesome looking **** with a loose shifter boot that exposes part of the shifter handle.

Anyone else dealing with this? Are there boots available aftermarket to fit snug on the new ****? Has anyone modified the stock boot to fit an aftermarket ****?

Seems silly, I'm sure. But I don't want my interior to look like I hacked it apart to unknowing passengers
