Any tutorials on wrapping a dash?
I am considering reskinning the entire dash in leather.
http://www.hydesleather.com/leather-catalog/
Perhaps a smooth leather for the top and bottom, and then a suede over the mock-aluminum plastic center, with mustang stitched or embossed on the passenger side.
I have no idea how to work around the airbags, or where not to place leather so that it will fit flush, so if you know of any tutorials, please post away.

are those leather sheets you linked to self-adhesive? It'll be pretty darn cool i you can pull this off.
This might help. Rvinyl.com has pre-cut dash kits for all their vinyl products. The link below is to the one for the 05-09 Mustang and it is about $30.00
That's not a bad price if you just wanted to get it and use the pieces as a template to cut your leather and suede pieces. Then, you'd have a near-perfect fit for everything. (You'd be on your own for the top of the dash I think)
Anyway, here is the link to the kit you could use as a template: http://www.rvinyl.com/dash-kits-ford-mustang-2005.htm There is a little generic install video at the bottom of that page.

hmm, i actually hadn't thought about an adhesive route. i will think about that.
I was really planning on taking the whole dash apart and wrapping each piece and tacking behind it with staples etc. I may end up just taking it in to an upholstering shop. I couldn't find any and that is why i wanted to do it myself, but i just found one so we will see how much it costs.
