Default GT500 Takeoffs installed

About a week ago I purchase a set of GT500 takeoff wheels and tires from ebay user: americanmusclelmp. Buyout was 800. I needed new tires anyway so I chose to buy the takeoffs instead of putting new tires on the 17in nasties.

The transaction could not have been easier. After I put in the order I realized my CC did not work with paypal so I sent them an email asking to process my order over the phone. They called first thing in the morning the next day and within 5 minutes I was set.

The ebay description stated these were slightly damaged take offs, so that is why I assumed they were a little cheaper than the rest. However after taking off the damn good shipping wrapping I was left with a set of 4 wheels with only one of them having a 2 inch curb rash on the lip of the rim. Tires were also flawless. I couldnt be happier. I recommend americanmusclelmp if anyone is interested from purchasing from them.

Now for pics! tires are 255/45/18 in front and 285/40/18 in back. gt500 oem. Sry for the **** pics, I can take more if anyone has any requests.

Nice improvement! Looks like the rear wheels/tires fill up the wheel well rather nicely.

I did the exact same thing, except I took a Chrome Bullitt detour on my way there. They look good. Put a new set of springs on it....it will look killer.

Looks awesome. A GT500 rear spoiler would really complete the look

SAme here, except I put 275's all around. If I had to do it again, I'd do the 255's up front like you did. Too much tramlining with the 275's.

Thanks bros
Currently saving for a set of koni dampers and springs. I cant stand the 4x4 look and handling!!!

Anyone know if it is worth buying the OE gt500 front splitter and modding it to work with my bumper or if a cervinis type 3 would work better?

Alec, your avatar has made me change the playlist I was listening to on multiple occasions

I'm embarrassed to say I slept on BLS for a while. Dime is the one responsible for my indulgence in the world of metal so I'm forever grateful

The OEM Gt500 is cheaper, but it's not a 100% direct fit. If you're good at those kind of things, it might pay off, but the Cervinis is made for the GT front. Once I get some new tires the Cervinis is on my list
