You will need to order the GT fender liners. You can do it without, I have, but there will be a gap at the bottom that is about 2 inches. You can also just put something to fill the gap, thats what I did. It doesn't look bad and you can't really notice.
If you want to get the GT fender liners, go on ebay or a you pull it salvage yard. Online they say the liners are about $17, but then the shipping is around $50 a piece.
Also pick up some push tabs, because you will probably break some of them pulling out the fender liners.
I didn't have to shave down the foam bumper piece like some suggested. All in all its a very easy swap.
There you go Tanner you're learning and sound like you know what you're talking about! :P

+1, to buying some extra fenderliner screws... The stock ones suck! I picked up some extra ones from o'reillys...

Keep an eye on the top of your bumper.
You might get deformation after a while and it will be a biach to correct that without re-paint.

I also learned running without a foam support will cause the corners of the bumper support or whatever its called to dig into the bumper and make dimples...

Well, whatever you remove from the factory, will have repercussions.
There are exceptions but not with body panels and related.

Lol, like the rock/wind deflectors on the passenger and driver side under the car?

Mine took about a week and a half. I ordered off of eBay, but I ordered just before the ice storm, so I think that probably delayed it a little bit.
