Default Painted calipers?

Hey guys is it possible to paint the calipers on my mustang? If so what kind of paint do I need and where do I get it. Id love to match it to the stripes on my car.

Thanks

Yeah its easy to do. I do it about every 1.5 to 2 years on my cars. You get can get a kit from American Muscle site or just local autozone usually will have it too. Just make sure to spray lots of brake cleaner and clean the hell out of them BEFORE painting. Do multiple THIN coats and it will look good.

You can if you want but kinda overkill. I just spray it down with cleaner and use a wire tooth brush to clean it well. Then do it several times with a rag.

http://www.americanmuscle.com/duplic...per-paint.html

Thats where I got mine from. Then two weeks later walked into autozone and saw the same paint can, minus the brush and other stuff for $8. DOH!

I used the G2 paint system to do mine. They turned out great and the paint is pretty good. same method to put it on.

is doing writting on your calipers difficult? I was just thinking of Putting GT or a mustang logo or something cool like that
