Default Quarter Window Delete

What do you guys think about quarter window deletes?

I know the (horrible) wide bodied Boss 302 for SEMA doesn't have any

I think I could make myself a delete kit to do away with them in general, without having a seam or anything

Does anyone know of an existing kit, or have any opinions on it?

Bondo the area between the windows and the body, prime the glass and bondo, then paint to match. :P

Perfect guys, exactly what I was looking for

Minus the bondo part

Agent 47 from what I've heard makes some pretty good stuff (their new mirrors)

I think it looks good but I'm wondering about the practicality of it. Seems to be an awfully big blind spot. You'll have to make EXTRA sure that there isn't a motorcycle or mini on your rear quarter when changing lanes.

I see no difference between that and louvers. I can't see out of my louvers as it is.

Same here. Actually been considering getting rid of them for that reason

Every time I read "Seems to be an awfully big blind spot" or "I can't see out of my louvers " makes me want to laugh! Seriously, have you ever drove a big truck with no back glass or side windows??? I do everyday and the key is BLIND SPOT MIRRORS! You can buy the small circle stick on type and TRUST ME they DO WORK! You will NEVER have to turn your head back only rely and TRUST your side mirrors.
I have blind spot mirrors on all 4 vehicles, wouldn't drive it without them.

My 07v6 had scoops - blind spot that would hide an F-150

The main trouble I found was backing out in parking lots, drivers inconsiderate of someone without quarter windows, who just go speeding by when you're trying to get out of your spot.

Well worth the blind spot, tho. Just have to be EXTRA careful when it comes to remembering to check all your sides. Backing out with your seat belt off so you can move a bit is a good idea too.

I back in to most places so I don't have any problems pulling out.
