Default GT500 Conversion Done!

Finally after a long night my GT500 conversion is done. Let me know what you guys think. Here's a link to some pictures, before and after. Any future ideas or suggestions are definitely welcome, I'm currently on the fence on what to do next like paint scheme, engine mods, hoods, rims, you name it and im probably open to it.

Looks great! Such a clean front end, very good job! If you want future mod suggestions, we have to know what you've got first. Are you completely bone stock?

Performance mods:
CAI/Tune
Exhaust
Gears
Aluminum driveshaft
Suspension goodies
Supercharger?

As for appearance, are you wanting to keep it a solid red or get striping done? I'd think black or white stripes in lemans or super snake layout would look really good on this setup.

In total it was around $1,700. And that's with the whole hardware kit that you'd have to get. It was really a lifesaver, you can reuse some screws and bolts but in the end you need that kit it just saves a trip to your local hardware store. Just something to keep in mind if you do yours

Thanks mellow, your look was what convinced me to do mine, and the tutorial really helped to so thanks a lot.

Well I got a Hurst short shifter with a white cueball, 3:55 gears, and dynomax exhaust. Hopefully an intake and a tune coming soon.
Yeah I did want to do striping but I can't figure out if I want ss stripes or the thick lemans stripes. And I think I'm going to get an ss hood or a cowl. So many options to choose from I'm driving myself crazy

Well done Torch, it looks very good. With red paint I am really liking more black accents. First would be to paint those GT emblems black, next would be black rims, and of course every 07 red mustang must have a supercharger. Just trying to help! LOL

Thanks cutter, your mustang is beautiful. And definitely a supercharger would be great but I have to start saving again lol. And yes I think more black would be a good way to go
