Default PIC REQUEST!

Hey gents-

A big component of the feedback I got from y'all earlier this week was to upgrade the grille. I know I want to go with black, and seeing as the options are A) Bullitt or B) Billett, but with the bullit grille being 400 Ive decided to look at black billett grilles. If you have a pic of a true replacement grille (No overlays please) Id love to see it, especially if its the Cervinis one (Price just came down from $300 to $150!). +1 if your grille can fit V6 and GT bumpers so I don't have to get a new one if I upgrade to a GT/CS front bumper!

Well, first off, I don't have the fogs hooked up yet since my pony didn't initially come with fogs. I should probably get around to that. However, it's the same tinting on the headlights and to be honest with you, not great. I was considering buying HIDs to improve it, but if I'm going to do that, I'll have to buy HIDs for the fogs as well.

Yea, I live in a suburban setting so I'm not too worried about visibility due to the street lamps, but I always try and run my high beams at night on back roads or it gets hairy.

Back on topic, stag, a black billet grille would look sweet on your ride. Are you sure you want to go with a replacement grille? Remember, you WILL have to drill somewhere to get the grille on. Don't know how comfortable you are with it. I know I was hesitant at first before I went and did it.

I thought to myself "you're going to be a g*ddamn mechanical engineer, sack up already" haha. Measure twice, cut once.

Feel free to correct me if im wrong, but the drilling would probably occur in areas that are not hugely visible. Im fine with plans and cutting. Now if you were going to ask me to cut a hood for a shaker setup id be ****ting a brick

I will NEVER cut a hole into my hood if I didn't have a back up haha.

That being said, I know on the DG setup that drilling into the radiator support (no biggie) and the top of the bumper (a little bit more of a biggie) is required to mount the brackets to.

No, you really can't see it. Definitely not noticeable unless you're really looking for it. The big thing here though is make sure you know where you're going to drill AND I even drilled a little pilot hole first to make sure I didn't start with the 3/8" and walk down the bumper with it. My bumper was just painted 2 weeks prior. I wasn't about to take that chance haha
