I have been looking around alot and noticed a thread that someone painted their rear trunk emblem black. I was wondering if any company sold one that was black? My car is silver with black stripes and I really thought a black trunk emblem would set it off. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

 

You can plasti-dip it. A ton of people do it and, if done right, it looks good. I just plasti-dipped my decklid today and I think it looks great. Plasti-dip can be found at Home Depot or Lowes and youtube has a ton of tutorials. If you have any questions about it feel free to ask me or anyone else here. Also, where in Kansas are you at?

I plasti-dipped mine about a year ago and it still looks like when I first painted it

 

That or you can just tape the center then paint it using Krylon brand paint.
They have a good paint for plastics in their lineup of spray paints.

I'm not a plasti dip guy but that is one item I would not mind using it on.

That's not as good looking as a stock emblem painted at ALL in my opinion.
And 135 bucks..Really?
How much to get some spray paint or plasti dip...6-7 bucks?
