Default Lower Grill Driving Lights

Years ago I replaced my 07 GT/CS grill with the driving lights, with a Bullit Grill. The disconnected wireing is tucked behind it.
Now planning to add some driving lights to the lower grill, something similar to the Shelby style brake duct/driving light set up. I'm going to fab up my own bezel as I only want the light. Probably going with Piaa or Hella lights.
My question; those of you who have placed after market lights up front--did you fab up a connector? I'm thinking of cutting the connector off my original grill lights and splicing them to the new lights so they should??? connect right up, allowing them to operate from the original dash/light switch.
Don't have lights yet so I don't know how many wires to each light and I have to get my old grill out to see how many wires are on the connector.
Anyone see any problems with this???

http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=40&viewfile=Fog%20Lamps.pdf

black - ground - both connectors
LightBlue/Black positive LF fog light connector
Tan/Orange RF fog light connector

Two wires each on the OEM fog connectors.
Two wires from the PIAAs or Hellas.
Cut and connect.
Pretty simple.
No problems...

Thanks 157db. That just what I needed to know. Have to order the lights on line and wanted to make sure either brand had only the two wires.

Some cheap fogs have one wire and the ground is
connected to the case or mounting bracket.
Not the case with Hellas or PIAAs...
Two wires out of each for a secure connection.
Solder and heatshrink those connections...

Oh yeah, definately will solder and heat-shrink. You hit right on my problem--around here most places only carry the cheaper stuff with the one wire hok-up. Just checking that the Piaa's and Hella"s were two wire so I could intigrate it into the stock system switch.
And thanks for that link to the lights--been checking on Amazon and e-bay but yours is a better link to styles.

Once you have the part # it makes searching on GOOGLE much easier.
I was not implying that you must purchase from them.
Just whats out there for a greater selection.
And the part #s...
