Default Rim question

I need replacement rim for my 2009 mustang gt, OEM polished aluminum 18x8.5
came with appearance package, anybody know the part number? I've seen
6R3Z1007H & 6R3J1007DA, but also ALY03648U80. I am confused.

I have the same set of wheels. A few weeks ago had to buy just one wheel (A curb ran into it, long story).

You can call the dealership parts department, give them your VIN's last 8 digits, and they will tell you what the part # is. That's how I ordered mine.

I then made a bunch of calls to see if anyone else could get their hands on one to sell me, but ended up getting nothing from anybody.

I don't have the receipt in front of me, but the only place I could find the Polished Aluminum wheel was through the dealer. Nobody else sells it, even a reconditioned, cheap one. Cost was, if I recall, $581 or so.

I almost decided to just go with a set of staggered wheels and tires for an extra $300 from American Muscle but decided I needed that $300 for more immediate/important things.

Funny story (not really), since nobody wanted to buy my damaged wheel, I just said the heck with it. Sold it to a recycling center for a whopping $10 bucks. Lame, but at least I don't have that busted up wheel sitting in my garage taking up space.

If nobody else gets you the correct part number by the time I get home later (I work until 7am Central Time). I'll post the part # because I know exactly where the receipt is.

From what I recall, it's one of the first 2 model #'s you gave, 6R something.

according to this site, they are basically the same wheel (6R3Z1007H & 6R3J1007DA ) so maybe it won't make a difference. I didn't come across this site when I was looking for myself. That place is charging $308 after taxes. That $581 I said in the previous post includes tax too......

If you consider getting a reconditioned wheel, know that it may be re-shaped perfectly, but the repaired area's may not be the same color as the rest of the wheel, a little discolored. I can take a pic of a wheel I had reconditioned. It was originally my wheel, that was sent to a shop within my state and sent back. I'll post the pic if you want. Let me know.

That is actually where I ordered my rim from. On the packing list part is listed as the ALY number which is around $220 on other sites , and I'm not sure which wheel this is.

Check out Newtakeoff.com
Also, check out your local Craigslist for a used one. You may find a good deal!

I found only 4 used on all of eBay. They were all 200 each from different sellers. No sets. Before they were everywhere. Now.............

Geez I have a set with only 9,000 miles. I should put em on eBay. The only problem is I can't figure out what set I want to replace them with lol
