It's really a zinc oxide primer that you are seeing. You can buy zinc spray if you want. I'm not sure the color it comes out, but I believe it was a brownish-green. CRC makes it.
You can go to a good auto paint store and they can make you up some and put it in spray cans (like a Krylon can). That is how I got the paint for my splitters, mirror caps and some touch up around the car. It is an exact match (code UA is fairly universal), and I was glad I went that route for my paint.
