Default LED Headlights H13

08 GT. Anybody using them, and if so, suggestions on brand? Thanks

Tried it, didn't like them. At least on the kit I bought there's one LED on each side, one up top and one on the bottom. On low beams only the top one lights up, which makes the headlight look like a half moon, once you hit the high beams the bottom led comes on and the lights look like a full circle. Also, with the LED high beams the light was comparable to the OEM low beam, much whiter and annoying but it didn't actually put more light on the road.

Put hid lights in mine with halo rings for use with running lights. Never drive faster in the dark than you can see?

I always use AuxBeam, you can find them on amazon, they are really good, and low priced, Id say a great bang for your buck. 8000 lm

Yes, in the H13 configuration they are high and low beam in one bulb, in the box you can find the two bulbs with a little fan attached to each to cool the system. They work very good in my opinion, i mean, im sure there are better ones out there, but these are great, the price is low, and they light the road very good. In fact I got a new custom grille with two lamps and ill probably get the H10 ones to connect to the high beams as well.

These are the ones I got, AuxBeam has a premium line too but honestly its more expensive and once i got those and I couldnt see any difference.
Amazon Amazon

If i had to say a downside is that they might dazzle a little bit in very dark roads, but nothing too big and its in dark roads.

NP, hope it helps.
Yes, every decent or good LED headlight system will have a small fan in the back to cool it, some have aluminum "straps" but ive tried those and in my opinion they arent as good, at least the ones ive tried.
In the amazon thing, there are images of the bulb with the fan so you have an idea, its nothing out of this world, it should fit perfectly, and it did on my 06.
One side note tho, some cars have this rubber "boot" covering the bulb and head lamp, you have to remove that to change the bulbs (any kind of bulb you have to remove that boot to take the bulb off), when you put the led in, do not put the boot back in there, the fan needs air to send to the led. There wont be any issues with you not putting the boot back, not even if it rains, ive done it to mine and works great. Not sure if yours has it tho, some cars the previous owner took it off or sommething, but better to know it and not use it than to need it and dont know it haha
