Are there any touch up products for scratches and scuff marks for this material??

I was looking at that video, the problem is when you start sanding, you taking the texture out with it. I really need something like a touch pen, it just has some scuff marks. Thanks for all the input...

I have used shoe dye before, works pretty well.
