Convertible top getting caught
Anyone with a convertible have the inside liner of the top get caught up on the outer sides of the back seat plasctic area? I have resorted to getting out of the car and guiding the top liner so it doesnt get caught. Seems like it's going to rip if you just force it back with the electric switch.
only thing i've noticed with my top that I dont quite like is that in cold weather it moves SOOOOOOO slow. I was working on the car when it was about 35ish degrees and the top took quite a while to put back and then up again.
The only problem I've had with my convertible top is that after putting it up, there is still a gap of about two inches on the left side and I have to pull quite hard to get it to latch. I had hoped that with time the car would get better, but it's been doing it since last June and I'm not seeing any real improvement.
Still, I would rather live with the problem than take a chance of someone screwing things up trying to fix it. Besides, after it stops raining in a couple of more months I won't be putting the top up anyway.
