Well, I have 25K in my pocket now to get one and I have been shopping for a couple months now. I have pretty much decided that I want an 06 Manual. What do you guys think my chances are of getting an 06 ManualGT from the dealer for 25K or less is? I can prob do w/o leather if I have to but I want the 18's on there and the IUP is a must!

Now I'm not asking to be flamed or anything but I have had other cars on the list. Specifically the RX-8 and 350Z and G35 were in the running. I want the mustang for that V8 feel (first one I will have owned) and the torque, which you wont get any of with at least one of the cars on that list!

Anyway, I hope to have my GT real soon if all goes well...

Thanks! A couple more questions on the window sticker. The one that I am considering has a total invoice of 26,320 and a total MSRP or 28,755 with all options (IUP,SideAirBags,WheelLocks,18's). I know it depends on the dealer, but I am targetting 25K. Has anyone been able to get a couple grand off invoice on their Mustangs?

I am hoping he will go below the invoice price on this - this might be the one - TungstenGrey w/BlkLthr!! Cant wait for the fun to start (that is after I drive off the lot!)

 

Its not a bad price but id try to talk them down at least a thousand! I paid 27k for mine brand new but i don't have leather seats! u do get leather, auto, custom rims,upgraded interior. doesn't sound bad, but id try to talk them down a little! good luck bro

 

Thanks. I think one of my final decisions will be the Red/Black or Black only leather interior. I'm going for the straight Black right now b/c I may want to add the silver stripes later on and don't know how that would look w/ the red interior. Anyone seen a tungsten w/red and/or stripes? Cant find a pic.

I haven't seen the leather in person either, how is the quality??
