premium . vs. deluxe
guys i wanted to know what is the diffrence between the premium and the deluxe mustangs ?
i own a premium and just wanted to know ALL the diffrences in the delux....
and if someone has pics of the deluxe package's interior plz post them...
and i know the delux cant change the gauges color but is it possible to install something that would make it change color ? for example
i own a delux and took my mustang to the dealer and told them to make the gauges color change ... can it be possible ? and how much would it cost ?

RE: premium . vs. deluxe
The shaker 500 has a 6 CD in-dash changer with built in........i think 6"..........subs into the doors, along with door speakers, rear speakers, tweeters, and MP3 capability.
The Shaker 1000 is the same thing, except it has 2 8" subs in the trunk for a little extra thump.
I've got the Shaker 500 and im assuming that the only difference between it and the 1000 is that the level of SUCKAGE is a bit higher for the 500.

Std radio has single CD; (4) 40watt spkrs for 160watts; speed sensitive volume; Sounds great!!! and.... CLEAN DOOR PANELS!!!!
P.S. "My Color" selections except Green, won't match your radio/cd as they don't change; that's no good IMO. Blue instr, green radio/cd instr. UGH. Why didn't the do it all right. Oh yeah.... cost.

RE: premium . vs. deluxe
I went with the Deluxe GT 5 spd specifically because there is SOOO much aftermarket available and I didn't want to pay extra for something I was just going to replace. If that's something you're thinking about I say go that way. Some folks want to buy the car the way they want it and never make changes. For them, go with the works. To each his own.

I'll bow to Shard Phoenix and say if you want it, you can option it.
But....remember the stereo won't match anyway.
And...you can already get custom gauge clusters aftermarket too.
