a)lower it
b)get stickier tires

messing with the power steering is just gonna lead to problems with everything...make it perform better and reap the benefits of that on top of better high speed handling

what about air pressure and letting some out of the front tires? and what speed are the tires rated at? You could disconnect the power steering and go without it... lol but thats rough on a car that weight with those size tires... It'd be easy at high speeds but at slow speeds you'd have to have pretty big arms to turn the wheel.

Have the front alignment done and get the toe-in set at the maximum within the factory spec range. If that's not enough, you can adjust it yourself at the tierod end by loosening the jam nut, then rotate the shaft so that the rod end is being screwed onto the shaft. Only turn the shaft 1/4-1/2 turn.

This will essentially cause the car to resist your inputs slightly. At high speeds you'll have to turn the wheel further for the same turning rate, and at low speeds it will want to push in the corners.

Tires and lowering will most likely make it dartier at high speeds since the tires will likely have stiffer sidewalls and there will be less energy lost to useless body motion from the tighter springs.
